Few events capture the spirit of giving like the Toy Run Cape Town, taking place on Sunday, 30 November 2025. Thousands of bikers from across the Western Cape will unite for South Africa’s largest motorcycle charity ride, collecting toys for underprivileged children in time for the festive season.
The convoy traditionally departs from multiple gathering points — including GrandWest Casino and the N1 City Upper Deck — before converging at Killarney International Raceway in Table View. Once there, riders deliver their toy donations and enjoy a family-friendly festival featuring live bands, stalls, and displays of classic and custom motorcycles.
The Toy Run’s legacy spans over four decades and has grown into one of Cape Town’s most loved community charity events. Each toy collected finds its way to homes, hospitals, and shelters across the province.
Organisers encourage non-riders to participate by attending the finish-line festivities, bringing new toys, or donating toward the logistics of distributing the gifts.
